Ioana
Moet nie praat Afrikaans nie I will honestly never understand this language-I can't help but find that it sounds like under developed Dutch Discriminator! I think for example dutch is the language of most spit I fear however that I will be able to speak dutch pretty soon,as I get a lot of it when it's spoken. Nielo
Reading afrikaans is how I started too...and then I realized I was pronouncing some stuff wrong but it helps Lol. Maybe I should just try to find out which words differ from Dutch. Because I think that's why Afrikaans confuses me so much. It's a lot like my own language, but it's completely different at the same time.
Ioana
Die apies in suid afrika is onbeskof hahaha, hulle spieg op n mens!!! hahaha maar daar is oulike aape ook:aah: wie is die oulikste apie? ek onthou ek het baie dokumentere gesien wat oor jou mal apies was. daar was ook einige wat oor fel bobbejaane was. moet jou vertel...was nie snaaks te sien hoe die apies mense aanand Lol. Maybe I should just try to find out which words differ from Dutch. Because I think that's why Afrikaans confuses me so much. It's a lot like my own language, but it's completely different at the same time. it has real simple grammar. i speak german, and at the beginning i had the urge to make everything difficult.took some time to adjust the brain to less. sometimes when i don't know a word i think of the german one and most of the times, with an afrikaanisation,it is the right one
