As I've said before, I think this look is a bit of a publicity stunt, I really do. The timing of it is just such a giveaway. As long as he doesn't get into the habit of it! The unique Mika will be back tonight, I bet. And I don't think he's about to jump on the celebrity bandwagon, I can't see it.

It's a bit like seeing your kids grow up though isn't it. You hanker after the days when they were little and young and cute, but still admire them proudly when they suddenly look very grown up. But they are still the same child! And I feel sure that Mika will end up doing a Bowie and reinventing himself regularly. I look forward to that, actually.

I've been thinking exactly the same - how can he look so good in just a quick snap?? He is so photogenic it's unbelievable. He has the most incredible bone structure - which is the key to photographing well from all angles. And his skin is perfect too. But that pose is so modelesque. He's just a natural born poser isn't he (in the nicest possible way:wink2: ). I'm having a major swoontastic kind of day

I found this in Yahoo Music's chart commentary section: One man who for the moment appears to be immune to the law of diminishing returns is Mika. With three Top 10 hits to his name already this year, he is going for a fourth with the November 15 (doh) release of 'Happy Ending'. It is a worthy choice of single and a refreshing antidote to the full on wackiness of his previous singles. Instead 'Happy Ending' is a lavish and lushly produced ballad that allows his voice to soar to its furthest registers in a way that is at times quite spine tingling. Can it go Top 10 like his other hits? Stay tuned. :biggrin2:
