But surely 'the industry' would understand, if his future career were being jeopardised by his current problem? Or even if they didn't understand, he has to look at the long-term picture. yes the US is a massive market but it's not the be-all and end-all... I see what you are saying Jack...but I just think it must be something pretty serious for him to be cancelling so much. And I'm sure his attitude wouldn't literally be F***k such-and-such. I'm sure if he cancelled GMA it'd be with a heavy heart. I've a feeling it'll be okay though; he'll be there.

I agree... Don't hate me, US fans and others! The absolute bottom line is that Mika must get over this problem - full stop.

Relax, SITM and Happy Ending are also my current faves from the album (as well as GK which I can never ever tire of), any of these would be a great 4th single, they are all a break from the 'hyperactive disco pop' theme; I really believe Mika needs a break from this now single-wise. eg., I think Lollipop is a fab song but it would, in my opinion, be a big mistake to release it as a single.

Well said!! I hate the snobby Indie-scene thing here in Britain at the moment, even though I'm much more of an Indie-lover than a pop-lover in general. I'm proud to say I'm an Indie-lover who also loves a pure pop artist!

I love how he isn't afraid to show he openly likes/admires 'popular' bands and artists. Lots of rock/pop stars would NEVER big up Take That for fear of not looking cool! They'd just be name-dropping all the trendy new bands.. Mika Doesn't Care:mf_rosetinted:
