I don't know you can do this with your PC though, you can imput symbols like this way: start - programs - accessory - character code I realized this way recently since I couldn't type £ with my keyboard.

入力にMS IME 使ってる？ 使ってるならIMEのプロパティで辞書/学習から記号辞書のオプションにチェックを入れれば出来るはず。
