I don't know. All I know is that Esperanto is the easiest and that since it has a bit of every language it's scientifically proven to make learning other languages easier.
-
Again, that's because Rosetta Stone only teaches languages that have an official country attached xD
-
It means, 'because it was man-made to be the easiest, and isn't specific to any particular country' xDDD
-
Ĉar estis homfarita esti la plej facila, kaj ne estas specifa al iu aparta lando. xD
-
I know salut xDDD Esperanto is spoken everywhere in the world, because it's the official easiest language to learn. I'm fluent in it. xD
-
But that was my elementary school at my high school we have Spanish, French, German, Latin, Mandarin Chinese, and Russian
-
Mm we started with Spanish. And in 4th grade Chinese and German, and in 5th grade French and Latin
-
That's okay though. I'm just surprised cos we started learning languages in 3rd grade
-
It sort of means, like..... I don't know how to explain but I can give examples
So you could say things like:
ça va les filles? (How's it going, girls?)
Comment ça va? (how are you/what's up)
Ça va le nouvel ordi ? (how's the new computer working?)
On va partir vers midi, ça va ? (we're going to leave around noon, is that okay?
Also it can be an answer:
Comment ça va Michelle?
-ça va. (I'm fine)
Tu vas bien, André ?
- Ça va. (yes/I'm doing alright)
Il faut être prêt dans une heure, ça va*?(you have to be ready in an hour, Kay?
- Ça va. (okay)
Or you can also say ça va bien/ mal as a question or as an answer.
Used by itself it can mean something like, 'that's enough!' ex:
Hey, ça va!
-
Well actually, it means many more things than that but 'how are you' is what I was using it for
