So in case you are interested in glowsticks but not willing (or something like that) to order them yourselves, I'd suggest that you just post it here! I don't know how many glowsticks we need per person... I mean, I'd love to wear glowsticks & be bright & shiny but I don't want to be brighter & shinier than the stage... I just bought 400 so I can bring at least 100 (have to save a bit for Amsterdam and Glasgow though). Remember you can't bring them in your hand luggage on a flight - glowsticks are filled with liquid and it's definitely more than 100 ml altogether. Petra Posted September 26, 2007 Share Posted September 26, 2007 I think you are allowed to transport the glowsticks in your hand-luggage because you are 'just' not allowed to bring bottles and stuff that have a volume of over 100ml. but you are allowed to bring 10+ bottles with 75ml each... (that's at least what I noticed on my flight in march). However... I also got 200 glowsticks & I'll bring 100 to he concert. And, and I HATE THIS, I told a friend (who's coming with me) about us (you know what I mean... about us all planning this together) and she was really angry because she felt "betrayed" because I was planning to meet "the whole MFC" and how I could think that she would like glowsticks & so on . This really really sucked. However, what I want to say: I will obviously have more glowsticks for other people as those I'm coming to DÜS with are obviously not all so fond of this idea :thumbdown: Anyway, see you next week. I thought this only applies for bottles bought from the tax free section, not for things that you bring from home. The tubes are sealed though, but think the X-ray machine will betray me anyway. For Glasgow I will send a fair amount of glowsticks to one of the Oldlings in Scotland before the gig. I hope the postal services won't see the content of the envelope as potentially dangerous.
