He MUST wear an earring in his private time, because over the months, that hole would've been grown up. I can go for a month and a half without wearing earrings and I have to re-punch my holes. I had my ear pierced when I was about 16, I don't use that specific hole anymore for 20 years but I can still use it without problems. I don't have to re-punch it. His head is up a little, and he has dark eyelashes. the reason why it kinda LOOKS like eyeliner is because of the way his head tilts up so that we can see the row of his eyelashes at the root.
