Oh yeah, I know...:naughty: I had a couple of northerner friends but we kind of lost touch, which is a shame.

I live near Vancouver, we're all snowed in :biggrin2: I went to Toronto a couple of times, but one doesn't exactly count seeing as it was only a stopover on the way to France and I don't really remember much about the other time because I was really little, lol.

*skips past thread,quietly singing*

And did those feet in ancient time

Walk upon England's mountain green

And was the holy Lamb of God

On England's pleasant pastures seen

And did the countenance divine

Shine forth upon our clouded hills

And was Jerusalem builded here

Among those dark satanic mills

Bring me my bow of burning gold

Bring me my arrows of desire

Bring me my spear! O clouds, unfold

Bring me my chariot of fire

I will not cease from mental fight

Nor shall my sword sleep in my hand

Till we have built Jerusalem

In England's green and pleasant land.

Haha. Go and talk in the Canadian thread then!!! :bleh:

If you want culture or diversity, then visit Great Britain. Buildings still standing from the 11th Century and even before that.... So many different cultures of people - it's fantastic.

Plus, we have one native language which Canada stole...... :naughty:

I would love to take everyone from the MFC to Kettlewell in the Yorkshire Dales in August.

They have the most amazing, wacky, totally ENGLISH, nutty Scarecrow Festival there every year in August. It's great and as I said, just so English!!!

If I lived in Kettlewell I would be doing a Mika Scarecrow this year as my contribution. How good would that be????? :naughty:
