It's not designed so you can go around bashing people up.. It's so you can protect yourself in any situation.. It's also a fun form of exercise. And if you've ever seen someone doing Sumo stance *points to picture* It's alot harder than it looks!! We do it for up to 2 minutes at the moment. But I'm sure it's difficult for you to do those moves ! I used to do ballet when I was only 6 years old and gave up after 2 years of practising it !
