Guest
I was just going to make this thread tonight after 'Home Alone' was on. I LOVE 'Home Alone'. Not only is it a favorite Christmas movie, it's a favorite all-time movie. Movies: Home Alone The Grinch The Santa Clause Claymation Christmas It's a Wonderful Life (I don't know why so many people my age hate that movie...) National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (my friend Ian and I have this thing, where one will say "GRACE!" and the other will go "HMM?!" and then he screams "THE BLESSING!" and does that thing where he points to his teeth.) Songs: Carol of the Bells Somewhere in my Memory (best song EVER. as long as it's the John Williams version) Merry Christmas, Darling - The Carpenters and they're the only ones that matter. Kinga
seems that i'm not the only one who love "Home alone" series (but only first 2 parts) , i just feel Christmas atmosphere watching 'em I also like "The Grinch" but to be honest i don't have many of them fave... they just have to be about Christmas, that's all (for example "Love actually" ) Music.... hmmmm.... definitely my fave is "Last christmas" by Wham! - i'm listening to it almost month before Christmas, the same with "Do they know it's Christmas" (but only 80's version of that song), All i want for..., Let it snow, let it snow... Also traditional carols like Silent night, O Come All Ye Faithful (OMG it's fantastic!!!)

I also like Merry Christmas Baby (Hanson version of course!)... I love Christmas... though I could live without the really hot weather and flies... but it's good cause it gets dark later and we used to play cricket at the grandparents farm... *looks around* Oh crap... backflip_76
I grew up on that Arnold Schwarzenegger (murdered that one!) movie with the superheroes and Sinbad... Jingle All The Way? Haha yeah! Jingle All The Way! I used to love that! And I love most of the movies that have already been mentioned, but one of my new Christmas favorites is The Family Stone. It's happy and sad, funny and sentimental, and Diane Keaton is just plain amazing.
