hoochatootch
We basically use metric now but strangely I was using a book this evening form 25 years ago and it isn't metric it uses imperial...pounds and ounces and I couldn't cope with it because all my ingredients were in grams..all very confusing! I smiled when I READ YOUR RECIPE AS (sorry) I have an American book which obviously uses cups so I was reminded of it! Thank you so much for the recipe..one question though..do you not call Jam jelly or did you just change it for us!? jam is made with the whole fruit (its thicker - maybe a preserve you call it?) whereas jelly is only made with the juice! (which is almost see through and doesn't seem to spread as well)
