I submitted my picture and listed my height and dress size. That was all, really. I got a call about it on Saturday morning. I guess I was just really lucky because they said they did get a big response for the Chicago show. I didn't ask what they were looking for or how they went about choosing. How is Evie's hair doing? They got it started but cant work out if the batter is faulty!!! I put a large piece of brisket on to boil with lots of veg - a pot roast. Went to parents afternoon at school - and the girls did not realise it was on - so £6 worth of beef burnt in the pot - and I think the pot is ruined too!!! i'm loving all these reports guys! We sat and chatted and got to know each other. That was really nice. My first MFC meet up! The pictures of me after the show were horrid. The wig really ruins a hairstyle. I suppose it's to be expected as more and more people join and the MFC grows. Sorry if I'm speaking out of turn... I'll just have to stay here in the Oldlings where it's safe and warm Did you enjoy NYC, BTW?? I haven't seen you since then!! Oh, Sarah! NYC was good -- cold, but good. Queuing was insane -- too long, too cold for me. Don't think I'll do that again. The best bit was that Mika seemed to remember me. After the show, when I shook his hand, he said, without my saying anything, "We've met before. Glasgow." Of course, I was so surprised that every other thought in my head just flew straight out. So, yes, I had a good time in NYC! sounds like a lot of excitement! hi Deb!!!!!!!! hi everyone!!!!!!! How excited are you getting, Suzanne?
