My friend is (or at least was) depressed, and I haven't spoken to her since like... right after my sister's wedding. We went to the mall and hung out for a few hours one night in like January (it might have even been really late December) and had an awesome time, we kissed before I left, etc. So I know she wasn't just like mad at me and ignoring me. Well I was trying to get ahold of her on MySpace, and she never replied. So I looked and saw that she hasn't been online since January. Odd. So I called her cellphone, and I just kept getting her voicemail. Panic was really setting in, because I know she was depressed. So I called my sister and got her parents numbers, and they didn't answer. I called the house phone, and a recording said it'd been disconnected. We used to work together before I quit, but when I went in she was never there. I asked her best friend/my friend if she was okay, and she never answered back. So I started another conversation with her about something else completely random, then when I knew she was replying everytime, I slipped in something about our friend. She never replied. It was that dumb "status: read" whenever I clicked on "sent mail" Then today she finally tells me shes okay after I got mad at her. She's like "No, she's fine, she's doing great, I'll tell her you asked about her. She lost her cellphone, and her family's phone has been disconnected for a while.
