nana06
Wow, I was surprised to see so many play piano and "other". I was under the impression that guitar was THE instrument most people play. This is interesting. I play the piano and sort of play bass and drums ( sort of )

suzie
which one.. there's two types of flutes.. There's this wooden one and the metal one, right? I used to play the wooden. There are several types of flute but I think you mean the Western Concert flute (metal, blown on the side) and the recorder / English flute (blown at the end and usually wooden but not necessarily so) as the two major types. They often use it in music teaching. Probably in the Baltics, too I can play the recorder, too it is really easy. It was even compulsory for us from age 6 to 10. Playing the concert flute is much more difficult.
