According to ticketmaster you can't buy wheelchair tickets online, you have to call them.. But I'll try and email the venue and mojo (cuz I don't know who will be in charge of the entrance) and see if there's something that can be done. But according to 3voor12 (reliable website) Mojo looks at every show individually to see how much space they'll actually use. It doubt it will be just 5500 though! That's the capacity of the Heineken Music Hall so I guess the person you got your info from mixed the two up.
