Witch is good for concealing spots because its got Witchhazel in it, which stops them from being angry, but it goes flaky on undereyes. The best one i use is by Clinique, its quite expensive, but its really good. Maybelline's dream mousse is said to be good, but its important to get the right shade - i use the tester on the back of my hand - i'm always afraid of getting eye infections from them!
