It is so infuriating isn't it. She is doing ok - in quite a bit of pain - the hospital visit, and travelling too so long didnt have energy to do anything except to go to bed!!! Back to hospital again tomorrow!! She is still smiling - but it takes a lot to stop that!! Hope they are not charging by the hour!! Some tradesmen get away with a lot!!! When the council paid to have an ensuite built onto my bedroom, the guys doing the work started at 10am, had a coffee break at 11, finished for lunch at 12, and finished for the day at 3.30pm - no wonder it took them 6 weeks to finish the job!!!
