good afternoon/evening!

there is nothing as decadent as lying in bed reading a good book!

has anyone read anything really good lately?

Hi leona, how are you? I'm reading a novel by Arthur Japin at the moment, a ducth writer, but have also next to my bed, Stephen Fry, P.G. Wodehouse and David Baldacci, I switch, depending on my mood, what are you reading?

hello, recovered from Birthday celebrations?

Today I'll probably finish "The Mercy of Thin Air' by Ronlyn Domingue.

Last books I read for fun were back in December!

"The Club Dumas" by Arturo Perez-Reverte,

"The City of Falling Angels" by John Berendt

& "Daniel Burnham's Plan of Chicago"

Arturo Perez-Reverte.

the back cover says "Erudite, funny, loopy and brilliant."

and "a noir metafiction"

(which sounds like a good name for a band too!)

Sounds good to me!

Hello, Pooh!

how about you, any good books lately?

I read another one, about this guy on the hunt for the lost library of Alexandria, can't recall the name, I'll rummage around on my shelf to look for it.

Just read some of the reviews for it on amazon... sounds right up my street... will put that on my wish list... says the film the ninth gate with Johnny Depp was loosely based on this book... I liked that film :wink2:
