Was at the physio this morning and riding the recumbent stationary bike here (weealx initially prescribed this ) as well as doing the exercises. Icing the knees and still hobbling about, but getting around a little more all the time.How are you? other than RSI from the voting thread. Hi great aunt mamaC, And hopefullythe cycling is helping, I used to cycle for miles in front of the tv, I could always stop and have a cup of tea, then climb back on. Hope life is being good to you. I can take any discomfort or pain during the day... but god if it stops me sleeping ... They'll be quite a few of us there, me, Wendi, Kath (and I think Abby, but don't quote me), SaraLou, Weeaxl and his two kids, FD, and I think MikasGal as well. Yes, I have got a new look for the Summer and yes I am keeping it secret until Amsterdam, and I'll be sending Mika a t shirt with a pic of the new look on it, so he knows what it is.
