Ioana Posted June 27, 2008 Share Posted June 27, 2008 200s were the worst. because they were too long of a sprint for me, but not long enough to sink into the rythm I have for a 500.they just wore me out. well the medley is ok,it's practically 4x50 sprint in each style with the 50 breaststroke being my relax distance I like the 200 free in training,they usually have a decent tempo and I swim them with my fav team mate.Problem is,if we don't decide not to race,we end up having a 10x200 competition 200 backs kill me tho,especially in outdoor pools My fav workout still remains the 50x 50m back on 1 min ,it was so nice and relaxing ,and I got tanned on my face in the meantime Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
