That is pretty creepy, how tall are you now?

When's your birthday? I'm 20 in 4 months

OH MY GOD WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?

Last winter, I went driving in the foothills a few miles from my neighborhood, and I lost control of the wheel. The car went flipping off the road, and hit some trees, and I got knocked out. After a few hours, I crawled out of the car and passed out again on the ground. A very nice lady named Sandy found me the next morning on her way to work and reassured my worried friends and family.

My boyfriend at the time had gotten onto my msn while I was missing to see if he could get any information from my friends, and he talked to a bunch of MFCers (mostly aussies).

I came close to catching pneumonia from spending the night outside, and now that the weather's getting cool again, I have noticed that I have temperature issues, which was what I was telling Emmy about.:bleh:

So - Princess is dead :tears:

The vet was a really nice guy, but he said there's no chance of her improving, and for her to survive or be comfortable she'd have to stay in a small pen for the rest of her life, and she freaks out when she's away from the others. So yeah. She was really unhappy anyway, you could totally see it.

Awwww.......I'm sorry, Biance. That's awful.

I WAS relatively sane. I went out to parties and had an active social life and everything. *hmph*

I have just LEARNED something, it makes SENSE to me!

bacteria can't live in a jar of olives because the solution is too salty, it is hypertonic, the bacteria lose water & shrivel up!

It is finally starting to make sense!

Did you know that the same thing will happen to red blood cells? And if you put blood cells in a hypotonic solution, they swell up and then if you shake the bottle, they burst and the solution turns pink with the little RBC pieces.

In December last year Amy had a car accident... she was AWOL for at least a day (I actually can't remember... Amy?)

 

Jack came online and told the Aussies that were online at HK's place that he couldn't find her...

That's about right. AWOL for half a day and a night.

*bites finger nails* I hope she's okay! Did she make it?

Nope. Tragic story. We try not to think about it because it's simply too depressing.

BTW! I am going to be in the local newspaper about Costa Rica! I am going in on Thursday for an interview and photo!!!! They must be SERIOUSLY struggling around these here parts I'm trying to wrangle my friend into coming with me so I don't look like a pompous kind of "look how cool I am, I'm going to Costa Rica, everyone read about my trip here" person.

Thanks Silver - sometimes with the sleepless nights I feel

like it IS me who have had them!! And the noise they make

She likes to sit on my window sill... but to do so she has to get past the curtains.

 

Just now I've found heaps of tears in the curtains from when she's tried to jump onto the windowsill, but been blocked by my curtains.... my poor curtains

1:30 sounds good to me. My only problem will be that I'll have to go home sooner than normal. I really need to be back home by 6:30pm. Unfortunately this is non-negotiable.

She likes to sit on my window sill... but to do so she has to get past the curtains.

 

Just now I've found heaps of tears in the curtains from when she's tried to jump onto the windowsill, but been blocked by my curtains.... my poor curtains

My cats love the window sill here at the computer. So I have to make sure minimal fur goes behind the desk and into the box.. Anyway, I have a stool next to the computer so they can jump on that, then onto the window sill.. avoids damages. You'll have to make their easy life easier.
