Hmm, no. I don't think he's into computers very much. :naughty:

Anyway, I've now finished my book and I think it's time I went to sleep.

Na-night all! :wub2:

:jawdrop: Oh my gosh, you have nothing in common!:naughty:

What was your book?

I am still obsessively reading the Twilight series. I finished New Moon today and immediately went and bought Eclipse. I'm already like 200 pages in :naughty:

I know I said I was going to sleep but I've got to much on my mind. I've made a decision! This Thursday, if I see him on his own any time throughout the day, I'm going to ask him out!! And that it a promise. I'm starting to get a little worried about some other girls and the way they act around him, so I have to hurry it up! :naughty:

But I will do it! Or at least make an honest attempt! No more chickening out! No more excuses!

It was a sort of fairytale romance that my friend lent me called 'Once Upon A Marigold', which was quite good. Not the best book I've ever read but it was very enjoyable.

Twilight is very addictive (I just thought I'd state the obvious).

No, I don't find it hard to start a conversation. We talked quite a bit.

I mean I didn't talk to him about what I wanted to.

Damn... well you still have a little bit of time left to ask...

Hi Bex ! .... this may be an obvious question but ... is there any reason why you don't drive a manual ? I first got my license in an automatic ... but then I learnt how to drive a manual ... I defo. prefer driving a manual now ... more control of the car ....

I really like driving a manual... but I like driving autos too (actually, teh only auto we have in our family is Nathan's car... and it's got really light steering)...

I got to drive it today when Dad and I went to pick up teh escort from the mechanics...

Well, I found out that U23D is going to be on on Saturday night... I'm very tempted to call them up every day to double check that it's still on, cause apparently the timetables change every day (according to the IMAX guy)... I just want a chance to irritate the sh!t out of someone...

Liking it so far?

Oh, Zoe gave me a lend of another vampire teen book series... it's the vampire beach series by Alex Duval... it's a love story ft a boy called Jason... there's 2 stories within a book (I guess like an omnibus), and they're about 200-250 pages each...

I've read the first 4, and besides being a bit short, they're quite good... Zoe described it to me as a bit of a Twilight rip off, but it's nowhere as soppy... it's not so much a love story, but more a lust story...

You can do it! I'll lend you what's left of my good luck jar after tomorrow! I promise not to use it all! :cheerful_h4h: Why Thursday?

Would you reccommend it?

Hahahaha, I know that :naughty:

Ooohhhh, I was once overly addicted to a vampire story. In year 8 me and my friend discovered it in the library and took turns reading it over and over, it was part of a super long series, like 8 books, but the library only had book 1, and we looked it up and everything and it was out of print and you can't get it anywhere anymore. I can't really remember what happened other than the girl got pancreatitis and had like 10 days to live and then her mysterious boyfriend revealed he was a vampire and turned her into a vampire and took her into his secret vampire world. I think they may have been "vegetarian" vampires too, I don't recall. But it was called Vampire Diaries. I'm relatively certain.

No I take it back. It was called Night World http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Night_World The Vampire Diaries was the other series by the same author, but the library only had the later books in the sereis so I never read them.

Wow, there's TEN books, I really want that series now :naughty: But I'm worried it would turn out to be as good as it was in my head.

Vampire Diaries sounds so incredibly familiar...

I think I saw a link for that when I was looking for the author of the Vampire Beach series...

I thought that when I found Tomorrow, When The War Began, but I really enjoyed it as an adult... But maybe that's just because I enjoy reading about people blowing sh!t up :naughty: (seriously, they blow something up in each of the original books... not including the Ellie Chronicles)...

Hey ya Wendy!

I would stay, but I'm going to bed... I can do whatever I like tomorrow cause I have nothing on (except put my job application in) cause IMAX hates me... honestly, who the hell changes their timetable a few days before a movie is supposed to show??? :sneaky2:

Anyways, nighty night...

Because I got my Ps in an auto car, and thus can't legally drive a manual until I get off them (unless I put up driver under instruction plates and driver under instruction plates and drive with a fully licensed person)

I do plan to learn manual eventually (and I can drive one.. or at least the basics.. I can change gears, I just have trouble putting dads one in reverse (double clutching) and I stall them when I have to park, and my gear changing needs a lot of work)

Hey Bec! Congrats on the new car! I just bought a new one too after my last one had its front wheel fall off!

Exciting ain't it?! Woot!

Congrats on your new car too.

Its exciting and nerveracking and time consuming all at the same time.

I loved the Tomorrow, When the War Began series (though alot of people in my year hated it because they standard English had to read it. English Plus didn't though, and I had read it way before then, and then reread I think in year 12 and still loved it)

How is it going?

Brilliantly. I can make noises that slightly resemble two bars of Oxford Comma. They do to me anyway, but they are about 700x too slow and completely out of time and tune :biggrin2:

Sorry, no video...I was busy trying not to freak out during that time. This is what it looked like after though:

Well how incredibly selfish of you! :sneaky2:

OMG. How often does that happen? Seriously. That is just ... cars don't do that!

I think there was a picture there, but I don't know why it didn't work... Anyway, as you've already seen, Suze rescued me by posting her own picture.

My father-in-law (a truck mechanic) just fixed the car today and it probably cost less than a thousand dollars in parts - we didn't think it was fixable unless we spent thousands more, and we didn't want to have him feel pressured to fix it, so we headed out and signed papers on a new car 2 days ago. :blink:Oh well.

Oh well thats good then, in that you have the old car still. And new cars are always nice.

Mines at home now (I'll go out and take a pic soon) and I love it. I want to go driving
