The person I need to contact was with some people and would call be back. Still no call though. So I'll call tomorrow it seems, and go through this all again. And when we say shunned, we mean "bought tickets, got cancelled, hopes died, dreams shattered and money lost." So there's no "But you guys are lucky enough..." in my case.
