Mika isn't the only lovely person and/or great musician in this world .. I could make the choice not coming here anymore (or not that much) but I don't want to I like it here ... and I don't find it necessary to talk about Mika ALL the time, or show ONLY Mika pics ... If there are people that think differently, then they just can ignore my posts (I do understand that f.e. maybe this thread isn't the best place, because it's a Mika-thread .. but I don't see it only as a Mika-thread, but a thread where we have a few regulars and I see them as friends so that's why I do it in here ... and as long as the mods think I can be like this (otherwise they just have to pm me orso ) I'll continue, because I really don't see a problem) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

People come to the news section to read the news, the pic threads to look at pics, the gig threads to see pics/videos/reports. There are dozens of social threads on MFC if you want a place for random chit chat. I understand you now view this as somewhat a social thread but it wasn't started with that intention and for most of its history didn't serve that purpose. I understand this isn't the purpose of the thread, but it just rolls this way at the moment ... You know, it's not that I'm posting only non-mika-pics, so that's why I don't do it in another thread, I'm just here for the mika-pics and sometimes I get offtopic, because there's something new from the other guys .. And I already had (or we had) lots of fun with those kind of things Just speaking for myself now, I don't know how other people see it ... I do know that we had a little discussion about it around the end of part 18, and then I suggested to have a side-thread to this, something along the lines of a Mikagasmic-chat-thread orso, where you can post Mikagasmic pics, but also just talk or post other pics or ... And people then thought it wasn't necessary ... also because there are already a lot of threads, wich is true, but you have always other people in those threads, you'll never have the same group as you have here at the moment .. wich isn't bad but just not the same .. If this was all just old Mika pics and nothing else I would definitely not come here. I may pop in every now and then just to see if theres anythinng new, but I would hardly ever show up.
