kath
Aunt Sally That's the one..........thanks Bab Ok, forget about posh. I've decided that my theme look for the future gigs will be 'DECADENT' . How's this for decadent? Enough? Just not quite there yet? http://www.asos.com/Lisa-Jayne-Dann/Lisa-Jayne-Dann-Bow-Backless-Balloon-Sleeve-Dress/Prod/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=572575&cid=5186&sh=0&pge=0&pgesize=200&sort=-1&clr=Blue Getting there. You could always just have DECADENT tattoed on your forehead? Well I know for sure what Mika likes.... but girls, please tell me if you think this look will suit a woman in her 40's I need sisterly advice http://images.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=http://www.contactmusic.com/pics/lb/lady_gaga_mika_200409/mika_5281142.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.contactmusic.com/photos.nsf/main/mika_5281142&usg=__TYfvq9xLLJ-4JcFYEiWa357ujWg=&h=679&w=500&sz=66&hl=en&start=1&sig2=3Ss2zvb8xNDM-lK0CkPYIA&um=1&tbnid=liVFWdCm_Sj_8M:&tbnh=139&tbnw=102&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dmika%2Band%2Blady%2Bgaga%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DG%26um%3D1&ei=8TEQSuiICdHJ_Qap-LS4BA Without a doubt:mf_rosetinted: I have dug my tiara out:naughty:

Gatagordinha
It reminds me of when I was a around 13-14 years old and my best friend and I use to call each other in the mornings before going to school to make sure we were dressed so much alike as possible! Those were the days!! Oh that brings back so many memories!! Once a woman always a woman. Well....unless you are a transexual. I'll shut up now.
sariflor
Well, i will post here the day before the gig to know how is the weather in London?i heve smart dresses but if it rains it will be a Kway instead... The odds aren't great....But maybe if you're drunk enough it won't matter : http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/features/understanding/june.shtml http://weather.uk.msn.com/daily_averages.aspx?wealocations=wc:UKXX0085&weai=6 http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/world/city_guides/results.shtml http://golondon.about.com/od/londoncalendar/a/calendarjune.htm So, unless FD organises us a miracle, it will probably be a little 'chilly' for anyone who's used to the heat . Personally, I always have to wear a summer coat in June and have a jumper ready most days under the coat:roftl: .
Gatagordinha
The odds aren't great....But maybe if you're drunk enough it won't matter : True true. I find that drunkenness is a great antidote to torrential rain on a night out...you basically don't care if you look like a drowned rat. So: good weather - sober and glamorous rain - drunk and decadent

As long as my tiara doesn't go rusty then I don't mind a bit of rain...... *she lies* Oh Oh!! I bought a new umbrella today! I'll bring that! I will NOT be leaving it in a pub toilet though, probably somewhere else..... This gig is going to be SOOOOOO decadent!!!
sienna
Between 12 and 20 degrees is summer to me. And because I’m used to the Swedish weather I always carry around a jacket… you never know when the weather is going to change! I’m always prepared for hail storms! I even did that in Madrid last summer and realised how stupid it must have looked when people were walking around in only a T-shirt in the middle of night! I've got a shocking pink umbrella..quite girly, but I would actually like one of those parasols like the one Emily "I am a lady" Howard has. Between 12 and 20 degrees is summer to me. Hail storms are quite a distinct possibility. Perhaps we should bring helmets instead of umbrellas to cover all options?? Then I could leave my helmet in the pub toilet instead. Sienna, you and I will be the delegation from cold countries where 20C is perfectly pleasant. I still have no clue what to wear. I need to pack as few clothes as possible, but somehow manage *not* to look like I've been running around Europe, living out of a backpack for a week before this gig. Oh noes - I forgot about the humidity! London's rather humid, right? I'm going to give up and wear a hat to cover my humidity-limped hair.

Not calling you stupid of course , but it was 36 degrees in Madrid hat day so yes, someone with a jacket would look slightly out of place . That is totally MY perfect temperature though, I thrive in those temperatures. Love it . True true. I find that drunkenness is a great antidote to torrential rain on a night out...you basically don't care if you look like a drowned rat. Any hotter and you can keep it. Oh no, I need it to be at least 25-30 to feel summery myself. But we already knew that we don't agree on this at all .
