mari62
Yes, neither am I, but these things just jump at one like you say, and I find that it's a real shame that a piece of work of such quality is tainted by these silly typos. Spelling mistakes are evil and they should be banned.I've already given Mika a telling off via Twitter lol you guys don't understand dyslexyc art My hubby is dyslexyc as well.. so I know what it means
Gatagordinha
The artwork is lovely , I especially like the black and white street scene, I immediately heard the Mr Benn theme music in my head when I saw it But those typos................... I am speechless. It is really shockingly bad that those weren't spotted at the proofreading stage, assuming it was proof read at all. I'm sorry but it is BASIC English and should not have gone to press like that. I hope he learns from this and gets a new proofreader.

77red
The wrong your/you're... Come on Meeks, I'm 15 years old and even I know that. Other than that, It's so amazing! I think the Lady Jane artwork is my favorite. Can't wait to see more of it!
lollipop_monkey
Yes, the 'your' is wrong. In several places, in Blue Eyes, too.And so is the 'who's' in Lady Jane -- it should be WHOSE. And they're missing some apostrophes. I'm not a fault-finder, really, but I do a lot of proofreading in my job, so I can't help it... And the typo IS the very first word you see in the booklet lyrics, so it jumped out at me. Sorry, Mika! I really do love the illustrations, though. Apart from the grammatical and punctuation typos, the lyrics are just inaccurate, too. For example, it's written "here's the reason you should never eat fish." WRONG! I may mishear lyrics from time to time, but it's clearly "here's another reason why you shouldn't eat fish." Minor, yes, but inaccuracies bug me. I do LOVE the artwork, though. Maybe the code thing is for a poster! How cool would that be??!
Fmbm
I LOVE the illustrations! Though, everytime I see "cuz" or "your" I cringe
guylainem123
Yes, thanks! My fave, Sorcerer Mickey Yes, the 'your' is wrong. In several places, in Blue Eyes, too. I have looked and I can't find the template for that -- it bothers me as well. Believe me, I will change it just as soon as I can figure out where it is. should we tell mika what spelling mistake you made a few tuesdays ago? Mikafish
I can understand both sides of the typos thing. As someone who makes those exact mistakes myself ( I'm same age as Mika and have studied Law at degree level) I don't think it's anything to be ashamed of. However, it should have been picked up by someone. For someone who does not have difficulties they should leap out. I readthe lyrics and didn't notice anything but my boyfriend saw them straight way. It's not Mika who needs a telling off it's everyone else!
