Suzy
I'm so excited I'm going to crap my pants. Â Â Speaking of 'crap'....... make sure you hydrate yourself in the earlier part of the day, rather than drinking too much in the late afternoon. You don't want to lose your gig spot inside the venue by having to go to the washroom. Â While in the queue, we will take turns having washroom breaks. You want to be back in line about an hour before doors open. That's when they ask for I.D. and hand out wristbands and make the line go into a single file, etc. Â The last time Christine, Zoots, and I were at the Sound Academy for Lily Allen, they escorted the line to another part of the venue closer to when doors open. It's a possibility that you may not be in the same position as you were originally. But I'm hoping that most of the front of the line are MFCers and at least we can remember our order. iadoremika
We are civilized people, and they're nice enough. Everything should work out fine. But if people start running, I'm not saying I won't.

OHHH, ok, yeah my mom was wondering like if I get in line with MFCers or what, because I don't completely understand how I'd see you guys if Im way at the back and you're at the front

But don't ask me what time. I just know that the fairest system is "first come first served". The numbers and/or list might even be in effect here like other Mika gigs, I dunno. Seems to help at most gigs. Even if the venue's security doesn't care for it, it at least gives us fans reassurance that others will continue to respect their place in line when people want to mingle and go for food and potty breaks. lollipop_monkey
That sounds like a good plan. OHHH, ok, yeah my mom was wondering like if I get in line with MFCers or what, because I don't completely understand how I'd see you guys if Im way at the back and you're at the front  What usually happens is that as people arrive at the venue, there's usually someone in charge of a list who will write your arrival number on the back of your hand. That's how we keep track of who belongs where in the lineup right before we go to be let in.  Another benefit to that is, if person number 62 wants to hang out and talk with numbers 10 and 11 while waiting in the queue she can, but it also allows everyone to know what place to get back to about an hour before the doors open.  Am I making any sense? Mika4Life13
Do you have to do anything earlier in the day? Yeah that sounds good, I told my mom we could leave the qeue to pee and and bring chairs and snacksies, and she seemed more down with that. lollipop_monkey
It could be worse. It could be January, with real January weather - like, -25, plus windchill.
