Last time(s) in Brussels was (were) perfect We were there around 1 PM and there were only like 10 people But it is March, i'm sure it will be rainy and cold that day.. I did brussels in november, it was pissing down rain the entire day, it was freezing, my feet were totally frozen because they were wet and cold, all clothes were wet, hair, everything! It was a disaster! Didn't stop people from queuing from 11 am till 19.30 pm tho.
