sparkly1
ok -*-so i gave in & bought my tickets for glasgow from sandbags but if i spend all day queuing & the people who bought their tickets from 02 get a queue jump again im gonna be well pissed ! maybe they have bought VIP tickets that allow them M&G's and Q jumping I think I read in some gigs this is possible.(not for Mika as far as I know but other ppl) Edited October 7, 2009 by sparkly1
sparkly1
It's for every gig all over Europe, £5.50 per show, and what's even more amazing is that my Sadler's Wells poster only cost £3.50 to ship and that was in a massive long tube! I dunno, it's all very silly. it IS what you said it was A RIP OFF thats cos we live in RIP OFF BRITAIN and if htey just said tickets are £33.50 each instead of annoying everyone with add ons, we would be non the wiser. I suppose if they're £33.50 outright then that might put people off going cos they'll stop and think 'ooh, that's a bit pricey' but £25, that's fine, but oh there's a handling charge, because it takes someone who's on £25 an hour six minutes to separate the appropriate amount of tickets and put them in an envelope and they absoutely HAVE to make sure the address shows through the little cellophane window and as we all know this part of the process is very time consuming and difficult and requires great skill. And these envelopes are made out of parchment which has been hand crafted by children who live in the slums of Bangladesh and of course they have to hire a horse and carriage to take each envelope to the post office and then they have a team of bodyguards to escort said envelope to the post office window where the woman behind the counter says 'Recorded delivery, £1.13 please' and they say 'gosh, these Mika fans sure are getting a deal on their postage aren't they?' I hope they get a fekking paper cut when they're doing mine. All of them.
sparkly1
Iv'e not got tickets to any of the gigs yet anyway... I might want to fork out and get some at some point, but just now... well we shall see just how long I can resist the temptation.

lindahf1
well still at a loss to understand why only standing tickets in the pre-sale as i get them in other pre-sales madonna etc. It does annoy me how much they charge for post & handling and service charge or what ever they call it. Cost me a fortune for the madonna ticket then slapped a huge charge on top plus post! Wish me luck only 2 computers in the canteen and i hope the boss doesnt see me when i try and get a ticket tomorrow.
