Arrancó esta cita el viernes, con una cálida y tranquila noche primaveral al ritmo de Alcalá Norte y Carlos Ares. Le siguió una dura mañana de sábado, más propia del invierno, en la que Silvia Pérez Cruz demostró que se puede vencer a la lluvia. El otoño llegó por la noche, con una jornada fresca en la que Los Planetas, De Pedro y Crystal Fighters hicieron subir la temperatura. Y el verano hizo, por fin, su aparición en la tarde noche del domingo, en la despedida protagonizada por Mika. También se podría decir que las condiciones meteorológicas fueron lo de menos. El festival vilagarciano triunfó y convenció, un año más, a los que apostaron por él. Igual de variado que el cartel fue la edad del público que se pasó por la playa vilagarciana de A Concha. La primera jornada fueron mayoría las familias con niños y los carritos de bebé se congregaron alrededor del escenario Vibra Mahou. El sábado a la mañana, en cambio, las lluvias impidieron que las familias regresaran al recinto, pero sí lo hicieron los incondicionales de Silvia Pérez Cruz. La artista demostró que se puede cantar bajo la lluvia y convencer y su versión de Negra Sombra puso los pelos de punta. Con ella y con Dani Dicostas y Carlos Sadness el día se fue despejando poco a poco. Hicieron aparición entonces los más jóvenes, luciendo indumentarias bien diversas. Había camisas hawaianas con cangrejos, gorros con caras de patos y diademas con una brillante flecha de purpurina, que permitían localizar a sus portadores de forma bien sencilla. Pero en esta edición había, sobre todo, gorros. Los que los trajeron de casa lo hicieron pensando en que se iban a una playa, A Concha, donde el sol podía ser un problema. La verdad es que estos se convirtieron en un arma eficaz para combatir la lluvia. Que se lo digan al puesto de Igualdad de la Diputación, que tenía cola para repartirlos. La lluvia se fue y el recinto fue ganando en ambiente. La zona de las foodtruck estaba llena hasta que llegaron Los Planetas, que ya habían estado en este festival hace dos años. El grupo sigue moviendo masas y el público se desplazó, entonces, al escenario Galicia para escuchar uno de los conciertos más concurridos hasta entonces. El 30 aniversario de su disco Super 8 le sentó bien a este grupo y muchos de sus incondicionales estuvieron de acuerdo en que fue uno de los mejores conciertos que se les recuerda. Y eso a pesar de la ausencia de Erik, que aporrea la batería como nadie. De Pedro empezó poco a poco, pero en su segundo tema ya tenía al público en el bolsillo. Sus ritmos empezaron a caldear el ambiente, sobre todo cuando el artista dejó vacío el escenario para acercarse al público. Sonaron algunos de sus temas más conocidos y cuando llegó Llorona el auditorio entero la coreó. Solo unos segundos después de que se despidiera, el escenario Galicia empezó a rugir. Los Crystal Fighters arrancaron con fuerza y, a pesar de que ya pasaba de la medianoche, conquistaron en cuestión de segundos.
