There are lots of jokes about the Belgians being silly and dumb and about the Dutch being miserly. I don't know much about Luxemburg in that domain... Me neither.... But if we're really like one as said in the word BENELUX?? I don't think so... I think that word is only really used in commercial buisiness or something...
