sherry_baby Posted July 4, 2007 Share Posted July 4, 2007 thanks well, they know how to speak it, but they're not from UK or anything My mum was an aupair for a swedish family in Florida when she was young, so I suppose some of her skills are thanks to that (but her pronounciation is quite weird sometimes... she can't say "at" right, for some reason). And my father uses english in his work almost daily, he has a quite high position at Securitas Aroundio, and they have connections with pretty much all of Europe. but yeah, I suppose I've just always liked english, and found it very easy to learn, so.. Atm I'm mostly just trying to get a bigger vocabulary, and keep on getting my pronounciation better. I hate how stupid ScandoEnglish can sound D: I've never heard 'ScandoEnglish' as you call it lol It can't be that bad, surely! "swenglish". lol. most swedish politicians can't speak english without sounding like total morons, and it annoys me sooooo much. the only person I know of who can actually make it sound sweet is Ola but that's just because it's him, haha.
