I know it's like... 21 in USA.. that's like crazy. you can drive a car and buy a gun when you're 16, but not drink til you're 21.. In england, you can drink wherever at 18 and you can go in a pub with parents at 14, but you cant drink alcohol and 16 you can go in a pub without parents, but cant drink alcohol still.
